Love the idea of an earthy neutral that isn’t boring? Sherwin-Williams Shiitake might be your perfect match. “This is an earthy gray-beige color with slight pink undertones, so it feels warm,” explains Adriena Daunt, principal designer at Daunt Designs. “I would use it as a foundation color on walls and on cabinets, in spaces that are north- or east-facing or without windows. I’d avoid using it in south- or west-facing windows as it could look too pink with a lot of sun on it.”
